Faith spreads like a dandelion
Though small, a dandelion is prolific and hearty, capable of thriving in almost any soil.
It has deep roots that will self-regenerate into a new plant unless it is torn completely out of the ground. A single plant can produce thousands of seeds every year that will travel many miles like tiny parachutes floating in the wind, resulting in crops of new dandelions wherever they land.
Faith is like that. If properly planted in a man, it will take deep root in his heart and produce many seeds that—borne aloft by the Holy Spirit—will take root in the hearts of other men wherever they land.
